Plan C is a public health creative campaign founded in 2015 by a small team of veteran public health advocates, researchers, social justice activists, and digital strategists, including Francine Coeytaux, Elisa Wells, and Amy Merrill. Plan C transforms access to abortion in the US by normalizing the self-directed option of abortion pills by mail. The Plan C website is a comprehensive resource about abortion pills and contains an extensive archive of press materials.
