The International Museum of Women curated Imagining Ourselves: A Global Generation of Women, an anthology and ambitious online project featuring personal stories, paintings, photographs, essays and poems by hundreds of young women from more than 100 countries around the world – Korea, Iran, Sri Lanka, Peru, Britain, Mali, Macedonia. The women were asked to answer one general question: “What defines your generation of women?”

In October 2007, Imagining Ourselves was awarded the Social Impact award from the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology.
